Conditions
1. All orders are final and cannot be changed once shipped. If you would like to modify an order that is still being processed, please contact us via the dedicated contact form.
2. All orders must be paid in full before shipment. Orders remain on hold until full payment is received.
3. No refunds can be made. If you have any problems with your order, contact us to find a solution.
4. The return address cannot receive parcels that were not collected in time, for example at the post office. In such cases, the parcel is considered lost and no refund can be issued.
5. If you have not received your order within 21 days of shipment, please contact us so we can find a suitable solution.
6. If the tracking indicates that the parcel has been lost by the carrier (see 4. and 5.), we will resend your order once to an address of your choice. If parcels are repeatedly lost to the same address, we reserve the right to refuse any future orders.
7. If your products are damaged or missing, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can find a solution. Any claim made after this period will not be accepted.

Shipping
Parcels are shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of payment receipt, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and the selected carrier and are displayed at checkout.
