Affiliate Terms

These are the rules of the SmokeGamer.com affiliate program. Joining means you agree to them. We have kept them short and plain so you can read the whole thing.

1. Joining

  • You must be at least 18.
  • You must give accurate details when you apply, and keep them up to date.
  • One account per person. Extra accounts created to earn more will be closed.
  • We review every application and may accept or decline it without giving a reason.

2. How you earn

We give you a personal discount code. Your customers get 10.00% off when they use it, and you earn commission on that order. That is the whole mechanism: there are no tracking links and no cookies, so the code is the only thing that connects a sale to you.

Share your code however you like, as long as you follow the rules below. If a customer does not enter your code, the sale is not yours, even if you introduced them.

3. What your commission is calculated on

Your commission is a percentage of the product value of the order, after the discount your code gave. Shipping or any order fees are not included.

Your rate depends on your tier:

  • Bronze: 10.00% commission
  • Silver: 15.00% commission
  • Gold: 25.00% commission

Everyone starts on Bronze, your dashboard shows your current tier and what the next one needs. Tiers can move up or down based on your recent sales. A tier change only affects commission on future sales, never on anything you have already earned. If yours changes, we tell you by email first.

4. Referring other affiliates

If someone joins the program through you, you earn an extra 30.00% of the commission they earn, on top of your own. We pay it! It is not taken out of theirs.

This applies to the people you refer directly, one level only. You do not earn anything on people they go on to refer. Their sales count towards their own tier, not yours.

Referred users receive a welcome bonus of 20.00€.

5. Your discount codes

  • You can hold up to 5 active codes at once. Request new ones from your dashboard, we approve or decline each request.
  • Your codes are yours alone, do not pass them to another affiliate or let anyone else run them.
  • Do not submit your codes to coupon or voucher aggregator sites. Those sites capture sales we would have made anyway, so codes found there will be switched off.
  • We can change the discount a code gives, or switch a code off. You keep the commission already earned on it.

6. Getting paid

  • You can request a payout once your available balance reaches 50.00€.
  • Choose your payment method and give the destination details each time you request, so you are never locked into one wallet or account.
  • The amount you request is set aside straight away, you can cancel a request yourself while it is still waiting.
  • We send payouts by hand, so allow a few working days. Once sent, we record the payment reference in your dashboard.
  • Check your payment details carefully, a payment sent to a wrong address you gave us cannot be recovered.

7. What is not allowed

These are the things that will cost you a commission, and can cost you your account:

  • Using your own code, or having a friend, partner or household member use it, to get the discount or the commission.
  • Arranging with another affiliate to use each other’s codes.
  • Claiming to speak for us, or presenting yourself as our employee or official representative.
  • Making claims about our products that we have not made ourselves, in particular any claim that a product treats, prevents or cures a medical condition.
  • Marketing to people below the legal age for our products, or in a place where selling them is not allowed.
  • Spam of any kind: unsolicited email or messages, bought traffic pretending to be organic, misleading ads, or bidding on our brand name in paid search.
  • Posting your code anywhere illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit.

We check for self-use and for linked accounts. If an order looks like one of these, no commission is paid on it and we record why, so you can ask us to look again if you think we got it wrong.

8. When a commission is reversed

Commission is earned on a completed sale. If an order is later cancelled, or turns out to be fraudulent, the commission on it is reversed. If we had already paid you for it, the amount comes off your next payout.

9. Going quiet, and leaving

If your codes go unused for a long time we email you first, and you have a grace period to make a sale. If nothing happens, we switch your codes off so unused codes are not left in circulation. If you are on the lowest tier, we may also deactivate your account at that point.

Either of us can end this arrangement at any time. You can ask us to close your account whenever you like. If we close yours because you broke the rules above, we may withhold commission connected to what happened, otherwise any balance you have properly earned is still yours and we will arrange to pay it.

10. Your information

We keep your name, email, tier, sales, commissions and payout history. We keep a one-way fingerprint of the IP addresses you sign in from, which we use only to spot self-use and linked accounts, and we never store the addresses themselves.

Your payment destinations are stored on the individual payout requests, because we need them to pay you.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, including the commission rates and thresholds. Material changes are emailed to you, continuing in the program after a change means you accept it. Changes are not applied retroactively to commission you have already earned.

12. Notes

You take part as an independent participant. This is not employment, a partnership, or a franchise, and it gives you no authority to act on our behalf.

We run the program as well as we can but cannot promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

If anything here is unclear, or you think a commission has been handled wrongly, contact us and we will look into it.
