Conditions

1. No refunds can be made. If you have any problems with your order, contact us to find a solution.

2. The return address does not allow us to receive your packages if you have not collected them on time, at the post office for example: in this case your package is lost.

3. All orders are final and you can no longer modify them once they are shipped. If you wish to modify an order still in preparation, contact us via the form.

4. All orders must be paid in full before shipping. The order is placed on hold until full payment has been made.

5. Packages are posted every day from Monday to Friday. No packages are posted on weekends. If you have not received your order after 14 days, contact us to find a solution.

6. If you do not receive your tracked package, we will resend your order to the address of your choice (see point 5). If packages are regularly lost for the same address we reserve the right to refuse subsequent orders.

7. If your products are damaged or missing you must contact us via the form within 48 hours of delivery in order to find a solution. Any claim made beyond this deadline will be ignored.

8. Contact us via the form for all your questions, we respond within 48 working hours.
